TV up 2.9; STV still creaming it

Honestly, these guys at Google are smarter than Bob Katter. Google Instant is their updated search engine, currently being rolled out all round the world (but not here yet). It serves up the search results as you type, which saves time. According to Google, 11 hours of search time saved every second of the day. [...]

Advertising: the long ball of string

You can get away with most things in advertising these days. Here’s a stunt where 100 cats were released into an IKEA store just to see what happened. Nothing much. But the end result is a kind of feel-good, long-format ad for the brand. Quite whimsical. Warm fuzzies. Source.
